SAP Reviewer Beta

First-pass structure and consistency review for Statistical Analysis Plans

SAP Reviewer is a locally deployable beta tool designed to help review Statistical Analysis Plans more systematically. It checks SAP documents for structural gaps, section-level issues, and cross-section consistency concerns.

The current beta supports PDF and DOCX files and generates:

1. review_report_concise.md

2. review_report_verbose.md

SAP Reviewer can help flag issues related to:

• Primary endpoint consistency

• Analysis population consistency

• Missing data handling

• Multiplicity control

• Sample size / power documentation

• Efficacy and safety analysis sections

• Parser or formatting-related structural issues

The beta runs locally through Docker. No external API or cloud document upload is required.

SAP Reviewer is intended as a first-pass QC aid for internal evaluation only.  It is not open source and is not intended for production use, redistribution, resale, hosted service use, or use as a substitute for expert statistical, clinical, regulatory, or legal review. 

The beta was developed independently using publicly available and synthetic SAP examples.
